WETAG CONSULTING IMMOBILIARE was established in 1973 as a traditional real estate agency.
Ueli F. Schnorf, Master of Arts, and Peter Albrecht, Architect ETH/SIA took over the agency in 1997.
We focus on the luxury property market, using our know-how and expertise to provide our international clientele with unequalled service. We are fully independent of any outside institutions, finance house, insurance company or franchiser.
We have our headquarters in Locarno and offices in Lugano and Ascona where we combine traditional values with the latest bespoke technology.
Our highly experienced staff speaks four languages and offer a courteous and professional service to the discerning client.
